Do you find that your periods are scanty, irregular, too profuse or just not right? In this article, I will be sharing a few tips on what you can do to improve irregular and scanty periods. First tip is exercise. If your period is scanty or is not bright red, it could be that the blood isn’t flowing the way it should. Moving your body or doing some form of exercise e.g. just walking a few times a week especially before your period starts, will improve circulation and help your blood to flow more easily. Warm water is another effective tip. Use a hot water bottle and place it on your abdomen just before your period or during your period, that will help.
